When an employee is authorized to use company credit, the services they receive at a Med-Stop location are paid from your company's credit. Credit Usage Setup controls which services company credit may pay for. It does not add credit; to add funds, use Credit Increase.

Steps

1. Open Company > Credit Usage Setup.
2. Review Credit Status: Current Med-Stop Credit, Med-Stop Credit Limit, Required Deposit, Blocked Credit for Requests, and whether a company check is automatically accepted as payment.
3. In Med-Stop Services Credit Setup, review the list of services. Each row shows the service, the reason, and whether it is a DOT service.
4. Select the services you want to change, then choose Credited to allow company credit or Not Credited to stop it.
5. Review the updated list to confirm the result. Open a row to see its details.

Tips

• You can limit credit for an individual employee; see Employee credit usage setup.
• Blocked Credit for Requests is credit held for open test requests.
• If a service is not credited, the employee or another payer must pay at the time of service.
