Does a driver need Clearinghouse registration for every query?

Drivers need registration to provide electronic consent for a full query, including a pre-employment query. A limited query uses consent obtained outside the Clearinghouse and does not itself require driver registration. Employers and other reporting or querying organizations register for their applicable roles.
