Which Clearinghouse information does the employer report?

Employer reporting includes qualifying alcohol results, employer-determined refusals, actual-knowledge violations, negative return-to-duty results, and completion of follow-up testing. MROs report verified positive drug results and MRO-determined refusals. Check the official instructions for the required evidence, responsible reporter, and deadline for each event.
