Review contact access to branches

For companies with branches, review branch assignments together with contact security.
Steps
- Open the company contact and check their Security roles.
- Open the relevant branch and review Contacts and Security.
- Confirm that the contact can reach the intended branch records without assigning unnecessary access.
- Save the permitted changes and ask the contact to verify the expected access.
Check before you finish
A branch appearing in a list does not by itself prove that every contact has access to its records.
