Find a company contact

Open Company > Contacts to view the Company Contact List.
Steps
- Use Search For, Status, Category, and activity filters to narrow the list.
- If a contact is missing, check whether the Status filter excludes the record.
- Open the correct contact to review their information and security.
- Use Deactivate only when the person should no longer be an active contact.
Check before you finish
Review existing contacts before adding another record for the same person.
