The Test Request List shows the tests your company has ordered. By default it shows open requests.

Steps

1. Choose Employees > Test Requests.
2. Use the filters: Search For (for example the employee's name), Request Status, Test Type, Location, and the request date range (Requested, Requested After, Requested Before).
3. Review the columns: employee, location, test type, requested date, completed date, and status.
4. Select a row to open the request.

Tips

• To see completed or canceled requests, change Request Status.
• Check one request and select Change Status to close it from the list.
• Use the export icon to download the list to Excel.
• A completed request does not mean the result is ready. Check the test record for the result.
